Salary Range: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum (estimated)
Job Description: As a Technical Account Manager at Karix, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, investigating complex customer issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalations. You will also maintain accurate records of discussions with customers and analyze statistics to determine the level of customer service provided by the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing key accounts to ensure retention and business growth
- Investigate and solve complex customer issues escalated from the support desk
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve critical issues and extend support to retain customer business
- Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Analyze statistics and other data to determine the level of customer service being provided by the organization
- Build and grow good client relationships to ensure retention and business growth
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure resource availability for on-time project delivery
- Maximize revenue from existing accounts and develop new accounts within current clients
- Conduct regular review meetings with customers to discuss issues
- Prepare weekly MIS including project status reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Account Management
- Engineering Graduate in Computer Science or Electronics
- Proactive, self-motivated, and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written & verbal)
- Able to manage timelines effectively and have attention to detail
