Aimlay is seeking a seasoned Sales Performance Coach to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales training and coaching, with a strong background in inside sales. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for inside sales representatives, evaluating the effectiveness of training through assessments and performance metrics, and collaborating with sales management to identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement tailored training programs that enhance sales skills and confidence.
- Lead interactive workshops, role-playing exercises, and one-on-one coaching sessions to improve sales performance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
