Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, chat, or email.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.
  • Guide customers through the problem-solving process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior support personnel for further assistance.
  • Provide accurate information on IT products and services, empowering customers to make informed decisions.
  • Respond to email inquiries from customers seeking help, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
  • Record events and problems, along with their resolutions, in logs for future reference.
  • Follow up and update customer status and information, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Pass on feedback or suggestions from customers to the appropriate internal teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify potential improvements to procedures and suggest feasible solutions.
Requirements:
  • 2-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
