About the Role
Coding Ninjas is a leading online coding education company that bridges the skill gap between colleges and industry. Our team consists of experienced professionals who have rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, and others.
Our goal is to equip candidates with learning, application, and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- SME Sourcing & Hiring: Identify and reach out to potential Subject Matter Experts through job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Onboarding: Schedule, manage interviews between SMEs and internal stakeholders and ensure seamless onboarding by managing documentation, agreements, and orientation.
- Database Management: Maintain SME contracts, profiles, deliverables in collaboration with the program team.
- Payment Coordination: Work with Finance to ensure timely processing of SME payments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content and delivery teams and act as the first point of contact for SMEs, ensuring smooth communication and engagement.
- Process Improvements: Support the program team in refining SME hiring and engagement processes.
Requirements:
- Pursuing/completed graduation or post-graduation: In HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong Communication Skills: Interpersonal skills are required.
- Detail-oriented: Excellent organizational and documentation abilities are essential.
- Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency: MS Office / Google Workspace.
