Job Overview:

As a results-driven Alliance Manager, you will leverage your expertise to build and execute co-selling and demand generation strategies within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Our team is seeking an experienced professional to cultivate strong relationships with key partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

Responsibilities:
  • Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Co-Selling & GTM Strategy: Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies and accelerate demand generation.
  • Program Execution & Optimization: Lead program execution from planning to launch, ensuring optimized touchpoints for higher engagement and conversion.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Engage with the broader partner ecosystem to identify new opportunities and synergies.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze alliance program performance, using data to derive insights and improve tactics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of partner initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in alliance management or a related role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
  • Partner Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
