As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client coordination, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Client Coordination
    • Conduct market research to identify potential business leads, leveraging online tools and industry events to stay ahead of the competition.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to initiate contact with prospective clients, utilizing phone calls, emails, and site visits to build relationships.
    • Nurture leads and convert opportunities by following up on submitted quotations and proposals, collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams.
    • Support the marketing and sales teams with coordination and support tasks, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Digital Marketing & Content Support
    • Plan and coordinate content creation efforts, including video shoots, photography, and client site visits, to develop compelling brand narratives.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop engaging content for brochures, posters, exhibition displays, and social media channels.
    • Monitor digital marketing campaign performance, analyzing data to inform future strategy and optimize results.
  • Website & SEO Management
    • Work closely with internal teams to maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance across all sections.
    • Implement and maintain SEO best practices, conducting regular audits and performance analysis to drive website traffic and engagement.
    • Track website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Events, Expos & Seminars
    • Research and recommend relevant industry events and expos for participation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences.
    • Manage logistics for expos, including stall setup, promotional materials, and coordination, to deliver impactful experiences.
    • Develop and distribute event-related promotional content, leveraging channels like WhatsApp messages, emails, and posters to maximize reach.
    • Collect and share potential leads with the marketing/sales team post-events, ensuring seamless handoffs and follow-up actions.
  • Tenders & Vendor Registration
    • Monitor government and private portals daily for relevant tenders and bids, sharing opportunities with internal stakeholders and assisting in proposal preparation/submission.
    • Manage vendor registration processes across multiple platforms, ensuring timely follow-ups and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Marketing Tools & Branding
    • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including presentations, flyers, social media content, and WhatsApp creative, to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
    • Ensure all branding materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Marketing Material Inventory Management
    • Maintain an organized inventory of marketing materials, including brochures, folders, expo kits, and printed assets, to ensure timely replenishment and availability.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to replenish promotional materials for meetings, site visits, and events, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing waste.
