We have an exciting role available for a Customer Success Intern who can make a real impact on our growing startup.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing daily and weekly reporting activities
  • Writing and creating customized emails with precision
  • Collaborating effectively across teams to achieve shared goals
  • Collecting, sorting, and verifying data with accuracy
  • Creating comprehensive meeting minutes
  • Following up regularly with clients over calls to ensure satisfaction
  • Acting upon senior instructions with promptness and efficiency
  • Organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements for this role include:

  • Previous experience in sales/business development/client relations/post-sales with a minimum of 2-3 months internship
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS-based industry knowledge
  • Availability to work 9 hours a day for 6 days a week, starting from 10 am onwards
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Knowledge of various tools and data collection methods

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in customer relationship management
