We have an exciting role available for a Customer Success Intern who can make a real impact on our growing startup.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing daily and weekly reporting activities
- Writing and creating customized emails with precision
- Collaborating effectively across teams to achieve shared goals
- Collecting, sorting, and verifying data with accuracy
- Creating comprehensive meeting minutes
- Following up regularly with clients over calls to ensure satisfaction
- Acting upon senior instructions with promptness and efficiency
- Organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements for this role include:
- Previous experience in sales/business development/client relations/post-sales with a minimum of 2-3 months internship
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS-based industry knowledge
- Availability to work 9 hours a day for 6 days a week, starting from 10 am onwards
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Knowledge of various tools and data collection methods
