Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Kochi. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and supporting executive staff. Additional duties include maintaining office supplies, assisting in clerical work, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Relevant experience in administrative roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
