Administration Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Executive to handle quotations, documentation, and correspondence-related tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative operations by preparing accurate documents, managing records, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and cost estimates as per company guidelines.
- Draft, proofread, and format official letters, emails, and reports.
- Maintain and organize documentation, files, and records (both digital and physical).
- Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining administrative databases.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for document submission and approvals.
- Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all correspondence and documentation.
- Support in preparing MIS reports, maintaining logs, and handling day-to-day office communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, travel arrangements, and other office activities when required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to draft professional letters and prepare clear, concise quotations.
- Time management and a proactive attitude.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in administrative or documentation roles.
- Experience in quotation preparation and letter drafting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8, ₹26,734.88 per month
