Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Kochi. Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, organizing meetings, maintaining schedules, and ensuring smooth office operations. The Administrative Assistant will handle professional correspondence, manage phone calls, and provide clerical and executive support as needed. They will serve as a crucial point of contact for communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to manage and support office operations efficiently
- Strong skills in Communication and Phone Etiquette to handle correspondence and interactions professionally
- Competence in Clerical Skills, including record-keeping, data management, and organizational tasks
- Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities
- Working knowledge of office software tools and administrative systems
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
