Administration Assistant/Receptionist

Admin Assistant / Receptionist is responsible for handling front-office activities, attending to customers visiting the calibration lab, and providing professional support for both customer and vendor queries. The role also includes managing courier operations, documentation, and administrative coordination with the Head Office. Occasional travel to customer sites and Head Office may be required.
- Greet and assist customers visiting the calibration lab in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information and respond effectively to customer queries regarding calibration services, delivery status, or documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for material collection, supply issues, and service requirements.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing couriers — ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and timely delivery.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, dispatch details, and administrative correspondence.
- Support the internal calibration team with document preparation and filing.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for administrative updates, billing, and logistics.
- Travel to the Head Office or customer sites in and around Ernakulam when required for administrative or delivery-related purposes.
- Assist in maintaining front office cleanliness, visitor logs, and general office discipline.
- Support management in day-to-day administrative activities and event coordination.
