We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized individual to join our WohlPhysio team as a Receptionist cum Account Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience at our clinic, while also supporting our accounts team with day-to-day financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors warmly at the WohlPhysio front desk and manage incoming calls.
  • Provide administrative support, including patient data entry, documentation, and file management.
  • Assist with accounting tasks such as handling payments, invoices, and receipts.
  • Record and maintain clinic-related financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and therapy sessions.
  • Respond to patient inquiries, providing clear information about WohlPhysio services and facilities.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception and clinic environment.
  • Manage clinic supplies and coordinate with vendors and maintenance services.
  • Communicate effectively with physiotherapists, staff, patients, and external partners.
  • Handle patient and financial information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
