Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Lead to join our team at Pinakiin Designs. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end hiring processes, managing payroll and employee benefits, and fostering a positive office culture.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically for technology companies, and a strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on technical roles such as software engineers and project managers.
  • Manage payroll, employee benefits, and HR compliance for the office, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Foster a positive and engaging office culture by organizing in-person events, team-building activities, and other initiatives that support employee happiness and productivity.
  • Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, helping to resolve conflicts and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Ensure HR processes are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically for technology companies.
  • 2+ years of experience managing HR functions, including payroll and benefits, within the Ahmedabad market.
  • 2+ years of experience creating and maintaining a positive office culture, including organizing events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Proven experience hiring for technical roles such as software engineers and project managers.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
