Our Portfolio:

We currently have a range of launched products including handmade soaps, essential oils, cold-processed oils, hair serum, hair oil, lip balm, and plant-based squalane. In the pipeline are soothing and cleansing liquids, bath salts, body butter, face pack, face scrub, face wash, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and face serum.

Job Overview:

This position will be based in Mumbai, responsible for helping Plug N Play acquire targeted business from the HORECA segment by actively sourcing new leads, optimizing pipelines, managing activations, analyzing competition, and conducting market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell to customer needs while achieving forecasted sales targets, product mix, and KPIs.
  • Create and manage the sales funnel for HORECA business.
  • Plan and execute activities ensuring sales growth objectives.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
  • Expand product basket, introduce new products or services to clients, and organize visits to current and potential clients.
  • Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information.
  • Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
  • Ensure timely collection of account receivable.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a graduate or MBA degree with a minimum experience of 5+ years in the HORECA business. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. Ability to manage schedules and sales funnels effectively is required. Demonstrated negotiation skills are also necessary. Having handled luxury personal care products is an added advantage.
