Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead lead management, sales, and business development for the region.
  • Manage data to ensure comprehensive coverage in the assigned territory and track other critical parameters.
  • Leverage client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to build a flagship brand for property services in the respective region.
  • Ensure service delivery and drive client retention.
  • Provide market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to the Marketing team to inform promotional and customer communication initiatives.
  • Achieve targets in designated areas.
  • Mapped new projects and brokers in designated territories to ensure coverage across regions.
  • Establish relationships with existing clients to guarantee 100% coverage of new projects launched by them.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales.
  • An outgoing personality and self-motivation, with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Resilience and persistence.
  • A passion for selling and effective communication skills.
  • Strong implementation skills.
