Job Title: Sales Expert - Ed-Tech Solutions

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Expert to join our team at Aimlay Pvt Ltd (Recruitment). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the ed-tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact Prospects: You will be contacting prospective customers through inbound leads, following up on calls and emails to convert them into sales.
  • Convert Leads: Using your excellent communication and presentation skills, you will explain our services and convert provided leads into sales.
  • Understand Customer Needs: You will use your product knowledge to showcase solutions that our company can offer to prospects, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Closing Sales: You will close sales and achieve monthly quotas by using effective sales techniques and tracking progress with new prospects.
  • Maintain Client Relationships: You will maintain contact with existing clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: You should have previous working experience as an Admission Counsellor/Outbound Sales professional with 1-4 years of experience.
  • Communication Skills: You should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You should have prompt problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability and Accountability: You should be adaptable and accountable for your work.

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is ₹4.25 lakhs per annum plus incentives, based on location and experience.
