We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to drive business growth and development across the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors in New Delhi. As part of our team at Enmax Smart Systemz, you will leverage your technical acumen and relationship-building skills to identify new opportunities, establish strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs.

About Us

Enmax Smart Systemz is the oldest authorized distributor of Grundfos Pumps in New Delhi, with over two decades of experience providing innovative and energy-efficient pumping solutions to industries, commercial buildings, and high-end residences. Our dedicated service team ensures efficient after-sales service, repairs, and AMC's.

Role Description

The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of water pump technology and a passion for driving sales growth by selling to premium, high-end customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales & Business Development: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to drive sales of Grundfos pumping systems across various sectors.
  • Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance and consultative support to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable Enmax Smart Systemz products and solutions.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project teams to customize solutions that meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring seamless integration and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, track progress, and report on KPIs to senior management, contributing insights for strategy refinement and market positioning.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales engineer role or similar within the water pumps, MEP, or a related industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of water pump systems and related solutions.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) is an asset.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
