Job Description

The Sales Operations Expert will play a crucial role in the success of Ordway's sales organization and go-to-market function. This individual will work closely with account executives, solution engineers, and business development representatives to ensure seamless collaboration and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize Ordway's sales tech stack, including Salesforce.com, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Sales Navigator, Zapier, Calendly, and Hubspot.
  • Ensure proper integration and data flow between systems, leveraging artificial intelligence capabilities to implement beneficial features.
  • Track performance metrics for the go-to-market team, analyzing 50 KPIs related to volume, value, velocity, and conversion rates of sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Excellent business English skills.
  • Ability to work US Eastern time zone hours.
  • Familiarity with sales applications like CRM and sales intelligence.
Work Environment:

This is a remote position, with occasional meetings in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will be expected to grow into the role as a faster learner, with a strong aptitude for understanding new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems.

Compensation:

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
