">We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Expert to drive sales growth, manage key client relationships, and close new business deals. This role is pivotal to expanding our B2B and OEM customer base.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both new and existing customers.">
- Analyze customer needs and propose solutions to meet client demands and increase revenue.">
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.">
- Use CRM tools to track, qualify, and nurture leads effectively.">
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.">
- Engage with senior decision-makers to present products and services that align with business needs.">
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of the product line to offer technical support and advice to clients.">
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.">
- Manage and report on the sales pipeline using CRM systems.">
- Ensure timely follow-up with all leads and opportunities to maintain strong pipeline health.">
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals.">
- Collaborate with internal teams to finalize deals that align with the company's strategic goals.">
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.">
- 4-5 years of experience in direct B2B sales and OEM sales.">
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.">
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.">
