**Job Overview:**

As a Sales & Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. We are looking for an individual with a passion for technology, digital solutions, and a knack for connecting with people.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients within the SMB sector through various channels, including LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calls.
  • Client Outreach: Effectively communicate ConnectedStars' value propositions, with a strong focus on AI-driven virtual assistance, digital marketing solutions, and customized growth strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring ConnectedStars' services align with their business objectives.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline through a structured approach to close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts and leverage marketing materials and campaigns to attract and retain clients.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to continuously enhance the sales strategy.
  • Reporting: Regularly update CRM with all client interactions and sales progress; prepare and present sales performance reports.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

  • Experience: 3 years+ of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within digital marketing, virtual assistance, or technology services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and understanding the sales cycle and CRM software.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing and service delivery teams to align goals and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Proactive Approach: Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, virtual assistance, and digital marketing is a plus.
