We are seeking an experienced leader to drive client success by blending strategic thinking, leadership, and execution. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable leading teams, engaging with clients, and translating complex data challenges into actionable strategies.
About the Role:
This is a pivotal position in shaping the future of our global consulting firm. You will work directly with clients in pharma and healthcare, solving real-world business challenges. As an Associate Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client engagements, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Understanding client needs deeply and translating them into structured project roadmaps.
- Presenting insights and recommendations with clarity, confidence, and impact.
- Leading cross-functional project teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation to analysts and consultants.
- Instilling best practices in project management, governance, and client servicing.
- Leaving a lasting impact on our clients and driving their success.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4-7 years of experience in consulting, client engagement, or program management, preferably in pharma/healthcare analytics.
- A strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, and data strategy (hands-on configuration experience a plus but not mandatory at this level).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while leading diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and highly collaborative environment.
