About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Account Director to lead key client accounts and drive integrated campaigns across digital and mainline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the senior lead and point of contact for key clients
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns (digital + mainline)
  • Oversee and guide internal teams - strategy, media, digital, and production
  • Translate client briefs into actionable strategies and high-impact campaigns
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations, campaign plans, and performance reports
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet/exceed client expectations
  • Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for business growth
  • Mentor and manage account management teams to deliver at a high standard

Requirements:

  • 8-11 years of experience in client servicing within an advertising agency
  • Strong understanding and experience in both digital and mainline advertising
  • Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns and brand strategy
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think strategically while also managing execution with precision
