Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short and long-term strategic plans.
  • Identify and pursue expansion strategies and new revenue streams.
  • Lead P&L ownership and forecasting.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and high performance.

Client Leadership & Growth:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Diversify revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and delivering exceptional client value.
  • Promote client retention and satisfaction through service delivery excellence.
  • Represent the agency at industry events and forums.

Team & Operations Management:

  • Oversight of department leads to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Implement scalable operational processes and tools.
  • Cultivate interdepartmental collaboration and efficiency.

Marketing & Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Lead the development of new services, products, and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing, branding, or digital agency environment.
  • Proven track record in business development and P&L management.
  • Deep understanding of marketing trends, platforms, and client business challenges.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Masters degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
