Strategic Business Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our MSME Lean Scheme project. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of leadership experience in consulting, government projects, MSME advisory, or business transformation. A strong understanding of the MSME ecosystem and lean manufacturing practices is essential. The successful candidate will be able to design strategies, manage P&L, and drive execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning:
  2. Create a roadmap for the MSME Lean Scheme project.
  3. Evaluate revenue generation models, cost structures, and viability.
  4. Leadership & Team Building:
  5. Suggest the necessary team size and organization.
  6. Describe each team member's responsibilities, roles, and skill sets.
  7. Lead, mentor, and oversee cross-functional teams.
  8. Execution and Delivery:
  9. Oversee the completion of a project from start to finish while adhering to regulations.
  10. Develop operational frameworks, reporting systems, and monitoring dashboards.
  11. Ensure timelines, quality, and impact outcomes are met.
  12. Stakeholder Management:
  13. Act as the key liaison with government bodies, MSMEs, and other stakeholders.
  14. Present strategy, progress, and impact to the leadership team.
  15. Build partnerships and networks to strengthen program implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in consulting, government projects, MSME advisory, or business transformation.
  • Strong understanding of the MSME ecosystem, lean manufacturing practices, and government schemes.
  • Proven ability to design strategies, manage P&L, and drive execution.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and in leadership capacity.
