Senior Finance Operations Leader

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with stakeholders to analyze financial and operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic insights for leadership.
  • Lead internal audits of processes, financial transactions, and compliance parameters to ensure robust controls and mitigate risks.
  • Develop review and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key Finance Accounts processes to enhance standardization, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Plant Finance Sales Finance Corporate Finance and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and alignment.
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc analyses and provide actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions.

  • Requirements:
  • Candidate from the FMCG industry with experience in setting up new regulations and compliance frameworks from scratch.
  • Proven track record of managing Business Performance Management, including periodic business reviews, analyzing variances, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Strong background in SOP & KPI Development for Finance & Accounts, with a focus on process improvement and governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented initiatives.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business outcomes.

Purpose:

To lead the finance operations function with a focus on driving comprehensive business performance analysis, overseeing internal audits, risk management, and compliance, and developing robust SOPs and KPIs for Finance & Accounts to support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
