Key Account Manager - Business Development

The role of the Key Account Manager focuses on leading and coordinating efforts across various business units to define, scope, and price components of Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Requests. This includes collaborating with subject matter experts to gather critical information needed for comprehensive SOW creation and working closely with the Sales Account Team during proposal reviews.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with leaders to ensure alignment and seamless collaboration on offshore opportunity identification.
  • Drive Sales Operations tracking, creating visibility and providing essential reporting.
  • Lead Proposal and SOW Development, coordinating efforts across multiple business units.
  • Be accountable for thorough opportunity assessment and evaluation.
  • Take responsibility for strategic bid/no-bid decision-making.
  • Conduct Quick Expert Assessments with business units to gather essential insights.
  • Draft proposals with crucial input and support from business units.
  • Gather information for initial pricing and resourcing plans from business units.
  • Secure internal proposal reviews to ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with the Sales Account team during proposal review processes with clients.
  • Be responsible for SOW creation and approval (specifically the Scope Approval step).
  • Coordinate smooth transitions for projects through effective Sales to Delivery handoffs.
  • Perform important Pre-Sales Operations and Administration tasks.
  • Ensure proper coding of opportunities through ClientLink.
  • Set up client and opportunity collaboration sites.
  • Establish opportunities in Qorus.
  • Be responsible for SOW review and approval (specifically the Pricing Approval step).
