Job Title: Strategic Business Solutions Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day aspects of team management, including hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, and support for individual team members.
  • Ensure a solid team structure and team bonding is achieved for your sub-team. Allow knowledge transfer between colleagues from different practices to broaden the skillset and expertise of individual team members.
  • Provide guidance and oversight on approach and deliveries for various projects.
  • Identify methodology training needs for various services provided by BSDD across the pool of resources. Ensure consistency and quality of standards and documentation across programs and areas.
  • Drive ongoing stakeholder engagement to obtain feedback on program execution and performance of team members. Take actions as needed.
  • Manage external resources from vendor process, onboarding, performance, and delivery tracking to time tracking and invoicing process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
  • Experience in change management and implementation.
  • Product ownership expertise.
