Head of Institutional Business

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Institutional Business to lead our institutional sales efforts at Panacea Biotec. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in institutional sales, excellent leadership and team management abilities, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and institutional sales landscape.

About the Role

The estimated salary for this role is ₹40-60 Lakh per annum. We are looking for a results-driven individual who can oversee sales pipeline management, ensure accurate forecasting and reporting, and work closely with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Work closely with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive institutional sales strategy aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
  • MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Institutional sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing institutional sales.
