Job Title: General Manager - Institutional Growth

Job Description:
- The successful candidate will lead and manage the institutional growth team, developing and executing strategies to achieve defined targets for growth, sales, and profit.
- This role involves overseeing sales pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting, and working closely with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- The candidate must have a proven track record in institutional sales growth, with at least 15-20 years of experience in the field, including 5 years in a leadership role managing institutional sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee sales pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Work closely with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive institutional sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
