The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets;
- Focusing on B2B sales, generating leads and acquiring new business through direct sales and enterprise-level opportunities;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients in the IT hardware space;
- Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Candidates should have:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, and Direct Sales, with a focus on IT Hardware Sales;
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth;
- Strong knowledge of the IT hardware industry, products, and market trends;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients;
- Self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
$120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience.
