**Key Responsibilities**

The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets;
  • Focusing on B2B sales, generating leads and acquiring new business through direct sales and enterprise-level opportunities;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients in the IT hardware space;
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
**Requirements**

Candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, and Direct Sales, with a focus on IT Hardware Sales;
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth;
  • Strong knowledge of the IT hardware industry, products, and market trends;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients;
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
**Estimated Salary Range**

$120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience.
