Partnerships Associate Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious professional to join our Partnerships & Alliances team as a Partnerships Associate.

Job Description:

As a Partnerships Associate, you will be responsible for planning and executing co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands. You will define campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines, and build persuasive proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.

You will track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights. Additionally, you will manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.

Strong communication skills are essential in this role, as you will need to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics 4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
  • Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.
Success Metrics:
  • Deliver 2-3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs within the first 90 days.
