Fundraising Leadership Opportunity

Drive strategic fundraising efforts to propel the growth of a leading Ed-tech Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). We are seeking a seasoned Fundraising and Partnerships Head to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Fundraising Strategy: Craft and implement a comprehensive 2-3 year fundraising plan, aligning with organizational growth objectives and key priorities.
  • Annual Fundraising Targets: Set operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensure timely, transparent reporting on progress, and drive donor engagement across the full lifecycle.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and manage a robust pipeline of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) leads, philanthropists, and ecosystem enablers.
  • Communications and Stakeholder Management: Oversee the development of compelling donor-facing communications, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with the organization's brand, values, and impact messaging.
  • Team Leadership and Systems Building: Build and mentor a high-performing fundraising team, establishing robust systems for donor relationship management, grant compliance, reporting, and proposal development.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Candidate Experience and Qualifications: Bring 12-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space.
  • Leadership and Strategic Execution: Demonstrate expertise in driving multi-crore, multi-year partnerships, raising ₹12Cr+ from CSR heads, foundations, or High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs).
  • Storytelling and Writing Skills: Possess strong storytelling and writing abilities, able to translate complexity into clarity across proposals, pitches, and reports.
  • Understanding of India's Social Impact Ecosystem: Have a deep grasp of India's social impact ecosystem, able to intuit what funders value from grassroots innovation to scalable systems.
