Job Title: Fundraising and Partnerships Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fundraising efforts. As a Fundraising and Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with our organization's growth goals.

Your primary objectives will include:

  • Developing and executing a 2–3 year fundraising strategy to drive growth and expansion.
  • Setting annual fundraising targets and ensuring timely, transparent reporting on progress and impact.
  • Cultivating and managing relationships with CSR leaders, philanthropies, and impact investors.
  • Building systems that ensure agility, compliance, and long-term funder trust.

You will also play a key role in partnership development and network building, identifying, cultivating, and managing a robust pipeline of CSR leads, philanthropists, and ecosystem enablers. Additionally, you will represent our organization at high-visibility sector forums, donor convenings, and collaborative platforms.

A successful candidate will have a strong grasp of India's social impact ecosystem and be able to translate complexity into clarity across proposals, pitches, and reports. You will thrive in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment and bring a builder's mindset to everything you take on.

The ideal candidate profile includes:

  • A minimum of 12–15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space.
  • A proven track record of leading the charge on multi-crore, multi-year partnerships, raising significant funds from CSR heads, foundations, or HNIs.
  • Compelling storytelling and sharp writing skills to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills to build and mentor a high-performing fundraising team.
  • A bonus would be experience working in growth-stage nonprofits or leading fundraising for multi-state interventions.
