Partnerships Director

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to spearhead our partner ecosystem development in the Indian Education sector, with a strong focus on the K-12 segment.

This high-visibility role demands building, onboarding, and managing partnerships across ISVs, publishers, ICT providers, APS chains, NGOs, education labs, and hardware suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy for the Indian education market
  • Identify, engage, and onboard key partners aligned with business objectives
  • Negotiate and finalize impactful partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) for partner success
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner forums
  • Monitor, track, and report on partner performance and market insights
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10–12 years' experience in partnerships/business development/channel management (8–10 yrs relevant in education/tech)
  • Deep understanding of the Indian K-12 education ecosystem
  • Proven ability to build and manage successful partner networks
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
