Job Description

As a seasoned fundraising professional, you will lead our organization's efforts to drive predictable and diversified funding. You will strengthen our brand as a thought leader, foster strategic partnerships, and develop a 3-year fundraising strategy.

The role requires developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising plan, building relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing a balanced pipeline of early, mid, and late-stage donors.

  • Developing and executing a strategic fundraising approach, including targets by segment and program
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other donors
  • Securing multi-year commitments and creating bespoke giving opportunities for donors
  • Managing a team to achieve fundraising goals and ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Reporting on fundraising progress and providing regular dashboards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of fundraising strategies, donor management, and digital marketing. You should be fluent in budgets and unit economics, able to tell compelling stories with data, and embody our core values of excellence, humility, compassion, honesty, and courage.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, with 8-10+ years of direct fundraising experience, preferably in India and internationally. Experience in launching or scaling new initiatives, particularly in research, education, skill development, and community empowerment, is highly valued.
