Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the position of Senior Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading fundraising efforts and managing relationships with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise debt from various financial institutions through term loans and debentures at competitive pricing.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit proposals for new and existing lenders, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of fundraising transactions, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage lender compliances, reporting, and covenant tracking to maintain healthy relationships.
  • Cultivate expertise in liquidity and investment portfolio management to drive business growth.

Interaction:

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to address data requirements, compliance, risk, and legal matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • CA/MBA Finance degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 6-7 years of experience in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) or Fintech industries.

Skills & Know-how:

  • Hands-on experience in debt raising end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills to effectively communicate financial information.
  • Ability to understand core businesses and pitch them to external stakeholders.
  • Excellent coordination skills to fulfill diverse requirements.
