**Treasury Management Specialist Role Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Treasury Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in managing external stakeholders, raising funds, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in fund raising for NBFCs/HFCs and strong skills in negotiation, relationship management & problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with NBFC/NHB regulations, IND AS & IGAAP is essential.

About the Job:

  • You will support the Head of Treasury in managing external stakeholders, raising funds, ensuring compliance, and handling cash flow/liability management.
  • Your responsibilities will include fund raising & relationship management (Banks, FIs), credit rating surveillance & compliance reporting, debt servicing & liability management, cash flow planning & audit coordination, building & managing relationships with PSU and private banks, preparing loan applications, CMA data, and documentation for disbursements, coordinating with Legal & Compliance for transaction vetting, driving fund raising and speed up debt raising process, handling credit rating surveillance with multiple agencies, arranging management calls, negotiating rating fee structures, overseeing stock audits and charge creation/modification with MCA, managing post-disbursement compliances and due diligence reports, ensuring timely submission of RBI, NHB & other regulatory returns, managing liability dashboard, debt servicing, and investments in liquid funds/FDs, supporting CFO in cash flow management and cost of borrowing analysis.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate in Finance (MBA Finance preferred)
  • 7-12 years' experience in fund raising for NBFCs/HFCs
  • Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management & problem-solving
  • Familiarity with NBFC/NHB regulations, IND AS & IGAAP
