Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our project finance initiatives in the renewable energy sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial structuring, project evaluation, and fundraising for solar projects.

  • Lead project financing activities for solar projects (Open Access, Rooftop, and Utility-scale).
  • Develop detailed financial models including IRR, DSCR, payback period, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Manage debt raising process – from preparing DPRs and loan applications to negotiations and disbursement.
  • Liaise with banks, investors, and credit rating agencies to secure project financing.
  • Review and negotiate term sheets, loan agreements, and financial covenants.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for financial due diligence and risk assessment.
  • Monitor cash flow, loan compliance, and repayment schedules for ongoing projects.
  • Identify innovative financing structures such as leasing, hybrid, or green bonds to optimize project returns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / equivalent with strong financial background is required. Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project finance, preferably in the renewable energy / power / infrastructure sector.
