Project Management Specialist

About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan to track progress and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Maintain open communication with clients to clarify specific project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress using suitable tools and techniques.
  • Establish relationships with third parties/vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Create detailed project documentation to facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates resources to activities.
  • Make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in project management or coordination.
  • Proficiency in a local language is essential.
  • The ability to travel as required is necessary.
