Job Opportunity: Financial Analysis Specialist

About the Role:

Seeking an experienced Financial Analysis Specialist to join our finance and advisory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management information systems reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Develop financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support strategic decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Compile Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Manage Direct Tax, Goods and Services Tax, and Tax Deducted at Source compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Intermediate qualification, Master of Commerce, Bachelor of Commerce degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation laws, and GST compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling tools, project reports, and ratio analysis techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.
