Job Title

This is a senior-level role that requires an experienced professional to lead and manage a team of financial analysts. The position offers a high level of visibility with senior finance stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team of professionals, ensuring their development and performance. They will also be responsible for providing support to onshore and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the financial analysis team, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Manage a team of senior financial analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • A qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with 15-20 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage a team of ~30 FTEs.
  • Excellent knowledge of current regulations, including IFRS and UK GAAP.
  • Good knowledge of core financial systems and general accounting procedures.

The job holder will report into the Head of Finance and be responsible for meeting agreed service levels. They will lead a team of senior financial professionals and be accountable to onshore FP&A heads and business heads for exemplary service delivery and business partnering.
