Finance Data Strategy Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned finance data strategy specialist to join our consulting team. As a key member, you will help clients revolutionize their corporate finance function by leveraging advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will design and implement data strategies in finance, including controllership, financial planning and analysis, and procurement use cases.
  • You will develop technical solutions to deliver scalable analytical solutions using cloud and big data technologies.

Technical Requirements:

  • You will design and drive end-to-end data and analytics solution architecture from concept to delivery on Google Cloud Platform.
  • You will ensure integration of industry-accepted data architecture principles, standards, guidelines, and concepts with other domains.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering multiple data and analytics solutions on GCP.
  • Hands-on experience with data ingestion, processing, and orchestration tools such as Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, and Data Fusion.
  • Deep expertise with GCP data warehousing and analytics services, including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Looker.

You should have a strong understanding of data modeling techniques, including relational, star, snowflake, and data vault designs. You should also be familiar with enterprise data management, including data quality, metadata management, data governance, and data observability.
