We are currently seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist to drive our data transformation initiatives forward.

This role will be responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining complex data migrations. You will design and develop ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS and Redshift, and build in-depth knowledge of recruitment CRMs.

  • Design and manage complex data migration projects
  • Develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS and Redshift
  • Gain a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies)
  • Own the end-to-end process, including injecting new data into production environments

The successful candidate will have significant experience in customer migration, specifically transforming data to onboard customers into software or solutions. Experience with internal migration may also be considered.

In this role, you will work closely with our data team to deliver high-quality data transformations that meet business requirements.

We require candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in data migration or related field
  • Experience with dbt, AWS and Redshift
