Job Title: Finance Leader

About the Position:

We seek a seasoned finance professional to oversee financial operations and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and project financing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management information reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Develop financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising initiatives.
  • Compile comprehensive project reports, feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Manage direct tax, goods and services tax, and tax deduction at source compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA/CFA
  • Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
