Financial Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all financial operations, including accounting, cash management, and vendor payments.
- Preparation and verification of Purchase & Sales Bills to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Cash control, voucher preparation, and daily transaction entries in the accounting system to maintain accurate financial records.
- Effective management of creditors, ensuring timely payments and adherence to financial regulations.
- Handling LC documentation and liaising with banks to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
- Salary & wages computation, maintaining Salary and Attendance Registers to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Monthly stock statements preparation for banks (Cash Credit facility) to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assistance in finalizing accounts, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Drafting official letters related to accounts and statutory matters to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Minimum: B.Com (Accounting/Finance).
- Preferred: M.Com or specialization in Finance/Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.
This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can manage multiple statutory timelines and priorities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Additionally, this position requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in accounting software and systems, as well as knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
