Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Corporate Partnerships Executive. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will play a critical role in establishing and managing strategic partnerships with corporations for government-aligned projects in education and development.

As a Corporate Partnerships Executive, your primary responsibility will be to engage with CSR teams and corporate donors to secure funding support for initiatives aligned with government programs. You will also build and maintain a database of corporate donors, foundations, and multilateral agencies aligned with government policies.

Additionally, you will prepare and present tailored proposals for corporate engagement, aligned with government schemes and policies. This will involve conducting regular meetings with government officials, education departments, and district-level authorities to discuss potential partnership opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporations. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / PGDM / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent field.
  • BSW / MSW with CSR fundraising and government project exposure will be an added advantage.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and managing corporate client relationships.
  • Experience in government liaisoning—interacting with government departments, officials, and aligning projects with government schemes.
  • Familiarity with CRM applications (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Background in CSR fundraising or experience in the development sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of institutional sales, especially related to public-private partnerships, is highly desirable.
