We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Corporate Strategy leader. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing our company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with our vision and goals.

  • Strategic Planning and Development: Developing & implementing the company's strategic plan in alignment.
  • Project Management: Overseeing the execution of strategic projects & initiatives.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Corporate Planning/Development: Identifying and evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances.
  • Innovation and Growth Initiatives: Fostering a culture of innovation within the organization to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering and significant experience in strategic roles within the chemical or allied sectors.

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and business case creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey insights to senior stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in tools like PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BE | BTech in Chemical Engineering
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.).
  • 15 to 17 years of experience in strategic roles within the chemical or allied sectors
  • Prior exposure to business development, corporate planning, or strategy consulting
