Job Description

The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the executive leadership, supporting decision-making, driving cross-functional initiatives, and enabling organizational effectiveness.

This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and culture while fostering innovation and growth.

  • Strategic Partnering: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute organizational strategy.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Business & Financial Leadership: Support P&L oversight with analytical rigor and business acumen.
  • Drive efficiency, monitor business performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate collaboration across business units and build trust and influence across senior leaders to ensure seamless orchestration of priorities.
  • Change Management & Digital Transformation: Lead technology-driven initiatives that enhance agility and scalability.
  • Leadership Enablement: Prepare executive presentations, communications, and reports for board and senior stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insights and business cases for growth initiatives.
  • Organizational Culture & Communication: Act as a cultural integrator, helping navigate nuances across teams.
  • Ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment in internal communication at all levels.

Experience & Abilities Required:

  • 3–5 years of experience in strategic projects or business operations.
  • Leadership experience with exposure to cross-functional initiatives.
  • Digital native with ability to drive technology-enabled change.
  • Strong influencing skills with ability to build trust across senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach.
  • Deep business acumen with understanding of growth levers.
  • Maturity to navigate corporate culture and adapt quickly.
