Executive Support Role

About the role:

The Executive Support specialist will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to provide administrative support and coordination of executive-level activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in providing high-level support to senior executives.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing executive-level support to the CEO, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
  2. Coordinating meetings, events, and projects, ensuring seamless execution and follow-through.
  3. Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, external partners, and donors.
  4. Assisting with research, data analysis, and presentation preparation to inform business decisions.
  5. Managing confidential information with discretion and ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives in a business role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft clear, concise messages and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with strong self-motivation and initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
