Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of aligning HR practices with business objectives and a proven track record of driving performance and growth. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to manage employee concerns effectively while ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or advisory capacity
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
